May 1 (Balance) - Outdoor Yoga: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Free class offered Sunday afternoon.
Information on proprioceptive exercises as well as different exercises that can be performed to improve and assess balance:
May 10 (Activity) -- Tug of War: 6:40 - 8:30 a.m.
Free Tug of War event: Individuals, teams, squads or units compete against each other
May 17 (Determination) -- 100 Burpee Challenge: 6:40 - 8:30 a.m.
May 25 (Nutrition) 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Participants choose "ingredients" for a balanced meal. A nutritionist will grade the selection with an explanation.
May 31 (Strength) One Rep MAX! 9 a.m. - noon
Participants guess their max, perform the exercise and we calculate it:
Bench Press – Squat – Deadlift: THEY CAN PERFORM ALL, ONE OR TWO OF THE EVENTS.
