- Complete the Orientation/Release of Liability Form and email to our 24/7 inbox. Just click here and attach the completed file.
- Step 3: ACTIVATE YOUR CARD
- Allow 24 hours after submission, and stop by the Tower Barracks Fitness Center, B170 and/or Rose Barracks Jesse Williams Fitness Center, B323 to scan you CAC in our system.
