"Fun in the Sun" Summer Vacation Giveaway

Win an all-expenses paid vacation over the July 4th Weekend!

USAG Bavaria Family and MWR is celebrating Customer Appreciation Month by giving away an all-expenses paid vacation over the July 4th Weekend. Visit and participate in select Family and MWR programs and facilities. Fill out entry form provided by staff members. One entry per person per visit. Unlimited entries accepted during promotion.

Participating locations:

Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks: Heart & Home Craft, Automotive Skills Centers, Bowling Centers, Parent Central Services, Java Cafés, Libraries, Grafenwoehr Performing Arts Center, Physical Fitness Centers, The Zone Sports Bar, Value Added Tax (VAT)/(UTAP) Office, Warrior Zone and Wild B.O.A.R. Outdoor Recreation.

Hohenfels: Arts & Crafts, Automotive Skills Center, Bowling Center, Parent Central Services, Java Café, Library, Outdoor Recreation, Post Gym, Value Added Tax (VAT) Office and Warrior Zone

Garmisch: Library, Parent Central Services, Mueller Fitness Center and Value Added Tax (VAT) Office.

Grand Prize: Win a four night stay with $300 voucher at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort and a four day courtesy vehicle from Bavarian Motor Cars.

Rules:

1. Must be 18 or older and a U.S. I.D. Card holder to participate. Employees of Family and MWR, AFN and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate and win.
2. Submissions MUST be on official entry forms and submitted by May 20 at noon.
3. Grand prize winner will be selected at the Run to Honor on May 25, 2017, at the Physical Fitness Center, Tower Barracks, B170 Gettysburg Avenue. Four finalists will be drawn from all combined entry forms. One entry will be selected from daily AFN Bavaria entries. Grand prize winner will be selected randomly from these five entries.
4. Contest begins March 20.
5. Contest ends May 20.
6. Winners will be announced May 25.
7. Grand prize winner will receive a four night stay with $300 voucher at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort and a four day courtesy vehicle from Bavarian Motor Cars.
8. Winner needs to contact Edelweiss Lodge and Resort to reserve room by June 16 and indicate date option selected: June 30-July 4 or July 1-5.
9. Winner must contact Bavarian Motor Cars for vehicle reservation by June 16. Vehicle is provided with a full tank of gas. Additional fuel cost is the responsibility of the winner. Winner is required to have a USAREUR license and is liable for a €2,000 deductable.
10. For this contest, Family and MWR disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any entry form.
11. By participating, all contestants and winner(s) grant Family and MWR exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
