Spin Class

 The benefits of spinning include:

ZUMBA 
Zumba is a fun, high-intensity cardiovascular workout involving a mixture of traditional Latin dance, such as salsa and mambo, as well as martial arts and belly dancing. Zumba tones and builds muscle, it is a great stress reliever, promotes healthy weight loss and improves coordination and flexibility.

FITNESS CLASSES - TOWER BARRACKS 

THE BOX Functional Fit Camp 
Learn how to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. The goal is to Increases the ease of everyday life, have greater muscle memory, low impact, increase flexibility and coordination, improve balance and posture, help with joint pain and reduce your risk of injury.

Cost for THE BOX Functional Fit Camp:

  • $5 for a single class or 2 Group exercise tickets
  • $40 monthly for 2 times a week
  • $60 monthly for 3 times a week

Indoor Cycling
I have been a cyclist and triathlete for the past 30 years and have enjoyed various indoor cycling classes as a great way to stay fit and get faster. I received my Spinning certification in 2020. In addition to on-bike workouts, I also like to mix in intense bodyweight activities off the bike.

Pound Fitness
Channel your inner rock-star with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.

YOGA
A consistent yoga practice has been proven to improve strength, balance and flexibility; help with back pain relief; reduce stress and inflammation; and promote better self-care. Yoga also compliments all other types of fitness programs to include weight lifting, running and cycling. In general, it’s just a great way to take care of yourself!

Zumba 
Zumba alternates fast and slow rhythms to improve cardiovascular health. Enjoy this fitness program that incorporates music with dance!
