Kris Lesneski - YOGA
Kris is a Baptiste-trained yoga teacher and student with 7 years of experience as a yoga teacher; specializing in both yoga for athletes and holistic healing in recovery, she has made an impact within the world of professional athletics, and mental health. She cultivates a unique experience in each class made for all styles and all levels of experience, suitable for beginner to advanced practitioners. This class is based on vinyasa asana (flow), meditation, and self-inquiry. You will leave feeling challenged and empowered to further your practice of yoga both on and off of your mat.
Lauren Paasch - YOGA
Lauren’s 60 minute Hatha Yoga class will focus on your breath, body and mind. This is a slower type of yoga that requires you to engage your body and hold a pose for a duration of 3-5 breaths. You will start with a gentle warm up, advance to more physical poses, including some balancing ones, and end with a short meditation. There are modifications offered for every level. Come join the fun and move your body, all are welcome!
Katja Dine - YOGA
Katja offers two types of yoga sessions: Hatha Yoga - which is gentle and has a slow pace flow and Power Yoga - which is more vigorous and athletic in nature.

Hi everyone, I am Connie Cecilio. I became a Zumba instructor five years ago. I have been a guest instructor from time to time, attended many Zumba classes and I have been looking forward to teaching my own class for quite a while.
