Monika Kovacs - Indoor Spinning

I have taught spinning classes for more than 10 years in three different countries. After starting spinning, I knew I wanted to share this experience with others and began my certification. I have a lifetime instructor license and several continuous education trainings. I am also a certified sport and fitness instructor. I like to work with my own music mixes and share my passion for this sport. If you join my class, be prepared for a 50 minute work without breaks, just you and your bike! Leave behind everyday reality for one hour and don’t forget your water and towel.

Getting into shape has never been more fun, this Indoor Spinning class with a top-notch instructor and music that begs your legs to pedal! This class burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quadriceps (front thigh muscles) and outer thigh muscles like nobody's business! So come on out and make your fitness goals a reality.

Limited to 10 participants, U.S. ID Card holders 18+

THE BOX Functional Fit Camp

Cost for THE BOX Functional Fit Camp:

  • $5 for a single class or 2 group exercise ticket
  • $40 monthly for 2 times a week

  • $65 monthly unlimited times a week

Learn how to train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. The goal is to Increases the ease of everyday life, have greater muscle memory, low impact, increase flexibility and coordination, improve balance and posture, help with joint pain, and reduce your risk of injury.

I have been coaching and instructing Olympic Weightlifting/Functional Fitness for almost 10 years now. I am certified through USA Weightlifting. My main background stems from Olympic Technique, however, I have been doing CrossFit/Functional Fitness for the past eight years as well as coaching in many gyms around Florida, Colorado and Georgia.

Katja offers two types of yoga sessions: Hatha Yoga - which is gentle and has a slow pace flow and Power Yoga - which is more vigorous and athletic in nature.

James Snyder - Indoor Cycling

I have been a cyclist and triathlete for the past 30 years and have enjoyed various indoor cycling classes as a great way to stay fit and get faster. I received my Spinning certification in 2020. In addition to on-bike workouts, I also like to mix in intense bodyweight activities off the bike. Look forward to riding with you all!

Maddie Brun - Zumba

I became a certified  Zumba instructor three years ago. I have been a guest instructor from time to time and am excited to teach my own class. Enjoy this fitness program that incorporates music with dance! Zumba alternates fast and slow rhythms to improve cardiovascular health. 

Heide Hurd - Ride Real

Take ownership of your fitness with this 45 minute class! The class can be modified for the beginner riders and intensified for the roadie/triathlete training for their next big event!  You can be a happier and healthier human with a stronger core and improved cardiovascular system who craves hard work and taking just one more gear! 

Cycling is a GREAT non-impact cross training option for those trying to improve their run game, coordination or rehab knees.  No regrets!  As the instructor, I will cue and coach as if we were on real bikes and will always encourage you to be curious, playful and part of our team.

Heide has 30 years of group exercise experience!  She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her BS in Physical Education.  She’s completed 8 marathons, the Regensburg Ironman and ½ iron Rapperswil in Switzerland.  Join Heide and push yourself to a happy, healthier and more resilient you!
