Functional Fitness

MixxedFit - Dance. Sweat. Repeat
MixxedFit is a high energy dance fitness class that combines explosive movements with bodyweight toning, all set to your favorite music.
Think Hip Hop, Pop, Latin, R&B, and more!  This isn't just a dance, it's a workout that challenges your cardio, tones your muscles and boosts your mood. 

Spin Class 
Spinning offers a range of benefits, including being a low-impact exercise that's gentle on the joints, reducing stress, burning calories, and improving strength. It also enhances mental well-being, strengthens the core, fosters a sense of community, and promotes muscle tone, endurance, and a healthy heart!

Yoga

Classic Swedish Massage
Therapy using a variety of modalities and gentle pressure to promote relaxation, increase blood circulation, improving healing and flexibility and relieve muscle tension

Deep Tissue Massage
Technique using firm pressure to target deeper layers of tissue tendons and fascia to reduce chronic muscle tension. This can be combined with a specialty such as cupping or taping for increased benefits.

Prenatal Massage
A gentle treatment specifically tailored to the needs of pregnant women, helping to reduce aches, pain, anxiety and discomfort and improve circulation and mobility.

Foot Reflexology
A therapeutic practice applying pressure to specific points on the feet, stimulating blood flow, promoting relaxation and potentially alleviating symptoms associated with various health conditions.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A very gentle method of decreasing inflammation throughout the body. The technique can be used as a full body treatment or site specific, for acute injuries when localized areas of swelling.
