Tower Barracks Classes

THE BOX Functional Fit Camp 
Train muscles to work together and prepare for daily tasks by simulating common movements. While using muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises emphasize core stability, boosts muscle memory, flexibility, coordination, balance, posture, and reduces injury risk.

Pound Fitness
Unleash your inner rock-star with this full-body cardio session inspired by playing drums. Get ready for an infectious, sweat-dripping workout that keeps you moving to the beat.

YOGA
Improve strength, balance, and flexibility with a consistent yoga practice. It reduces stress, inflammation, and back pain, while complementing other fitness routines.

Zumba 
Boost cardiovascular health with fast and slow rhythms in this fun, dance-inspired workout. Enjoy lively music and vibrant energy while getting fit!

Spin Class 
Spinning offers a range of benefits, including being a low-impact exercise that's gentle on the joints, reducing stress, burning calories, and improving strength. THE BOX Functional Fit Camp:

Fitness Assessment

Appointment - $40

Understanding your specific body composition, metabolism and fitness level allows us to customize a program that will get you the results you want. Your Personal Trainer performs a fitness assessment and calculates your unique resting metabolic rate to establish calorie composition and expenditure required to meet your goals.

 4 Sessions = $200 ($300 with nutrition coaching)
 5 Sessions = $240 ($355 with nutrition coaching)
 6 Sessions = $280 ($410 with nutrition coaching)
 8 Sessions = $360 ($510 with nutrition coaching)
10 Sessions = $400 ($570 with nutrition coaching)
12 Sessions = $460 ($650 with nutrition coaching)

Personal Training Session (55-60 minutes)

Nurtrition Coaching

1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching
Clients meet with the coach once a week or more to discuss nutritional habits and techniques that will help them reach specific goals. Each program is tailored appropriately to the individual based on their personal goals and assessments. Nutritional Coaching can be purchased as a stand-alone package or as an add-on to personal training sessions.

Sessions are 60 minutes - 3 month minimum is required.

CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Science, Sports & Exercise Science; Men's & Women's USA Gymnastics Coach since 1997.
PRIMARY FOCUS: Meeting clients where they are to set SMART Goals to help them reach their full wellness potential. 
BIO: At a young age, I was flipping around the house and yard, which became a love for gymnastics and diving. As a teen, I started coaching swimming and diving and soon after gymnastics. Even as a young coach, I knew movement was key to a healthy lifestyle and has become my life's work. Returning to college and learning the "why" of exercise science has sparked a new passion in me for movement. I am poised to coach you to meet your goals, whether you are returning to exercise after injury, training for a specific sport, exercising for the first time or training for the ACFT. My enthusiasm for training, attention to detail, knowledge of biomechanics and mindfulness of your goals and expectations will help make your goals a reality.

CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED Certified. She has been working in the fitness industry for 9 years and training for 5 years.
PRIMARY FOCUS: Fat-loss, Endurance Training, Muscle Building, Postpartum Coaching, and Strength & Conditioning.
BIO: In 2017 she found herself insecure, with low self-esteem, no confidence and self-conscious of the clothes she wore. She decided to make a change and began learning the ins and outs of the fitness world and, learned what are facts and what are myths. As she saw positive changes in her body and mindset, she found the most profound changes in her health! She fell in love with the process training for a healthier lifestyle and decided to pursue the industry to help others. Her goals are to help you build confidence in yourself, instill in you a healthy lifestyle and teach you the proper and realistic ways of attaining your fitness goals. Your fitness journey does not have to be hard, nor do you have to do it on your own!

Head-Neck and Face Massage 
This is a great stress reduction treatment. It helps reducing migraines, tension headache, sinus issues, neck stiffness. For the face, it includes lymph drainage movements to strengthening the skin for better glow/appearance or addressing TMJ issues.

Basic Facial: $15
Receive a treatment with cleansing, peel/scrub, face massage (10 min), hydrating face masque and a finishing face cream. All products based on skin type.
