Tower Barracks Classes

Functional Fitness
Train muscles to work together and prepare for daily tasks by simulating common movements. While using muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises emphasize core stability, boosts muscle memory, flexibility, coordination, balance, posture, and reduces injury risk.

MixxedFit - Dance. Sweat. Repeat
MixxedFit is a high energy dance fitness class that combines explosive movements with bodyweight toning, all set to your favorite music.
Think Hip Hop, Pop, Latin, RnB, and more!  This isn't just a dance, it's a workout that challenges your cardio, tones your muscles and boosts your mood. 

Spin Class 
Spinning offers a range of benefits, including being a low-impact exercise that's gentle on the joints, reducing stress, burning calories, and improving strength. It also enhances mental well-being, strengthens the core, fosters a sense of community, and promotes muscle tone, endurance, and a healthy heart!

YOGA
Improve strength, balance, and flexibility with a consistent yoga practice. It reduces stress, inflammation, and back pain, while complementing other fitness routines.

Zumba 
Boost cardiovascular health with fast and slow rhythms in this fun, dance-inspired workout. Enjoy lively music and vibrant energy while getting fit!

Understanding your specific body composition, metabolism and fitness level allows us to customize a program that will get you the results you want. Your Personal Trainer performs a fitness assessment and calculates your unique resting metabolic rate to establish calorie composition and expenditure required to meet your goals.

BIO: My name is Alodi! I am a personal trainer, certified with ISSA. I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years and training for 6 years. 

My passion is being the bridge between you and your fitness success. 

I create personalized training plans that are built around your needs and goals,  whether that means fat loss, building strength, or simply feeling better in your everyday life. 

In 2017 I found myself insecure, with low self esteem, no confidence and self conscious of the clothes I wore, like many out there. I decided to make a change and began learning the ins and outs of the fitness world and learned what are facts and what are myths. As I saw positive changes in my body and mindset, I found the most profound changes in my health! 

My goals are to help you build confidence in yourself, instill in you a healthy lifestyle and teach you the proper and realistic ways of attaining your fitness goals. Let’s take that first step together. No pressure. No judgment. Just fun, focus, and real progress.

PRIMARY FOCUS: April Lewis is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with a specialization in weight loss. With nearly 4 years of experience training clients, April is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
BIO: Having fallen in love with fitness over 10 years ago, April transformed her own health, getting into the best shape of her life and maintaining that success ever since. 

Along with training, April emphasizes the importance of nutrition in achieving fitness goals, knowing that a balanced approach leads to lasting results. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, April is committed to guiding you every step of the way with personalized, sustainable fitness and nutrition advice. 

 

Christian
 

CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Masters in Applied Sports Science
BIO:  Christian is a Sports Scientist, who has 15+ years experience in different areas of sports.  As the CEO of his own Company: HOPE - Home of Health and performance- he works with a variety of health requirements and topics. 

He is a Co-Founder of the ZLS, a health diagnostic walk in center at the University of Weiden (OTH). 

His clients are range from elite sports athletes e.g. German National Ice Hockey Team to athletes of the daily life. 

Like the human DNA everybody is unique and needs individual exercises, but everyone has to do their own homework, to get things done!

Paola

 

CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:  Paola is a ISSA-certified Personal Trainer, I graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. 
BIO: Although I fell in love with fitness at a young age, life got in the way and I stepped back from it. In 2021, I decided to make a change. I was struggling with very low self-esteem and felt unhappy in my body, especially because I was extremely underweight. 

Over time, I worked hard on gaining healthy weight, rebuilding my confidence, and shifting my mindset. That experience led me to realize how passionate I am about helping others feel better about themselves—not just physically, but mentally too. 

Now, my mission is to support and guide others on their fitness journey so they can feel strong, healthy, and empowered.

CERTIFICATIONS:   Brandon is a Certified Personal Trainer
BIO: I have been pursuing a career in professional bodybuilding since 2017 and have been training people for almost as long. My passion for the process is, what I would consider, one of my strongest attributes. I am naturally a teacher so be prepared for a lot of science along with what you might consider "basic" personal training, not only is it my goal to show you how to workout, it is an even bigger goal of mine to have you understand the "why?" 

This process that I have developed has shown over the years I've been using it to be very effective, resulting in a much less likelihood of needing to find a new personal trainer once you inevitably take off from beautiful Germany!

Head-Neck and Face Massage 
This is a great stress reduction treatment. It helps reducing migraines, tension headache, sinus issues, neck stiffness. For the face, it includes lymph drainage movements to strengthening the skin for better glow/appearance or addressing TMJ issues.
