Run for Your Life Program
The Run for Your Life program is designed to improve strength and endurance through progressive walking and running. Military and civilian personnel and their family members 18 years and up may participate in the program. The program provides incentive awards to increase motivation and advancement of participants. Mileage certificates and patches will be given to participants who reach benchmark accomplishments.
Annual Army Ten-Miler -- Virtual Edition
The 36th edition of the world’s third largest 10-mile road race, the Army Ten-Miler will be held as a virtual event October 11-18. Registration for this year’s virtual race is open and will cap at 25,000 participants.
Virtual Functional Fitness Challenge
Enter the Virtual Functional Fitness Challenge to push your boundaries of individual fitness, drive and motivation. This is an AMRAP for time event (as many reps as possible) consisting of multiple high-intensity exercises. There will be Rx (prescribed) and scaled divisions for male and female participants. Open to U.S. ID card holders on Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks.
Virtual 9.11 KM Freedom Run
USAG Bavaria Sports & Fitness hosts the Virtual 9.11 KM Freedom Run to commemorate the lives of those lost on 9/11 and honor the spirit and resilience of all the heroes that day and those in the war on terrorism since. This year's virtual run will take place September 11-13.
