Eligibility & Participation Rules:
ID Status: Open to all U.S. ID cardholders and authorized U.S. Retirees.
Vehicle Eligibility: Vehicles must have valid USAREUR plates.
Driver's License: Participants entering a vehicle must hold a valid Driver's License.
Cost:
$20 for cars & trucks
$10 for motorcycles
