Picnics: Feel free to bring your own picnic.
Prohibited Items: Prohibited items include outside liquor, weapons and any items that may cause bodily harm as determined by law enforcement.

Pets: Pets are allowed to this event in accordance with Garrison regulations. Note that this event will attract a large number of people and noise levels will be elevated.
