AER Campaign Kick Off

This special Kick-off for the 2019 Army Emergency Relief Annual Campaign presents an overview of AER, its policies and updated categories to better assist Soldiers and their families when a financial need arises. The keynote speaker will be Joel J. Levesque, LTC, US Army Retired Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Army Emergency Relief. This special Kick-off is aimed primarily for the Campaign Coordination Team, Company Commanders, First Sergeants, unit representative AER Campaign Project Officers (CPO) and Assistant Campaign Project Officers (ACPO). 

At this event, applications will be provided and taken for the new car seat initiative. AER will assist with the funds to purchase a car seat (or a booster seat) if need exists. Need has to be the child has outgrown the existing one, the car seat is not serviceable anymore or a new baby is on the way. For the new baby, the expectant mom must be in the third trimester and enrolled in DEERS.
