Want to spend the night in a mountain hut 1,930m (6,332ft) in the Allgau Alps, traversing mountain tops surrounded by more than 400 towering peaks of the Austrian, German and Swiss Alps? Visit the southwest corner of Germany with us to ascend the Nebelhorn and traverse the Grosse Daumen (Big Thumb). This is a physically intensive trip and involves being exposed to extreme heights.
Participants must be 18+, PHYSICALLY FIT, comfortable with heights and capable for hiking for 5+ hours. Lodging for this trip is COED at an alpine hut.
Cost
$219 if registered one month before trip departure
$239 if registering within one month of departure date.
Price includes transportation, equipment, lodging (COED) and trip leader.
