Learning a new skill can help decrease stress and boredom and can be even more effective than simply relaxing. Photography is a great creative outlet for anyone to learn. The participants also gain a creative outlet to bust stress for the long-term. The intended goal is to produce positive change in individuals or families but it also includes broader social action photography techniques where the goal is to improve well-being, reduce social exclusion and create positive change at community, societal, national or international levels.
