The creative process is an essential tool for processing emotions, allowing each person to take their inner feelings and emotions and express them in an outward, tangible fashion. This meditative process will focus on mixed media and creative expression, allowing individuals to choose their own work mediums. Stretching, music and art will all be incorporated into these sessions.
