Mandatory for the following rank: O3 and below
ACS Financial counselors provide the tools and knowledge to make educated
financial decisions, gain a basic understanding of the financial aspects
including First Duty and Permanent Change of Station touchpoints.
The learning objectives have been translated into this mandatory financial
training. Classes offered in conjunction with the newly arrived Soldiers
in-processing activities.
