Fitness Day

Get to know your gym with a day of free classes!

Fitness Day is designed to show our military community members what wellness and fitness programs we offer here at USAG Bavaria. This is your chance to attend and try out different fitness classes, meet our instructors and sample our wellness services - for free!

Fitness Classes:

Body Pump (Les Mills)
Functional Fitness
Yoga
Indoor Cycling
Cardio Step
Mixxedfit
Zumba

There will also be massage demos, as well as health, wellness and nutrition information, services and programs.

If you participate in any one of these classes or services on Fitness Day, you will eligible to receive a 10% discount on your next purchase at either Tower Barracks Physical Fitness Center or the Jesse L. Williams Fitness Center and be entered in a raffle for door prizes!

Childcare will be available! Please pre-register at CYS Parent Central Services by calling DSN 476-2760. Please be sure to register for Kids on Site by January 3.
