Learn to manage your stress and your plants.

Establish a monthly support group focused on learning to grow a plant and learn stress management skills. Gardening is known to decrease symptoms of EFMP anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance use disorder and depression as evidenced in a decrease of cortisol levels (Detweiler,etc al., 2015).

Free to participate.

Registration Information

All ACS classes require registration 48 hours prior.
