Join us for a workshop dedicated to mindfulness and meditation, open to ID cardholders, ages 16+.
Learn how to use mindfulness and meditation in your everyday life. We'll take part in guided meditation, mindfulness activities and gentle yoga.
Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a notebook and a pen to take notes.
No prior experience required.
