In honor of September 11, 2001, USAG Bavaria Family and MWR will host a Patriot Day 5K Run, Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Tower Barracks Fitness Center, B170. The first 175 participants to cross the finish line will receive an event T-shirt. This run is open to US ID card holders of all ages.
Our goal is to NEVER FORGET the sacrifices of all of the Heroes that day and those who have also given it all in the war on terrorism since.
We want to HONOR THE FALLEN, by CHALLENGING THE LIVING and if you aren't quite sure about participating, just ask yourself, "IF NOT ME, THEN WHO..."
- On-site registration: 8:30 - 8:55 a.m.
- Opening remarks: 8:55 a.m.
- Patriot Day Run starts: 9 a.m.
