The Paws 2 Read program offers children a private space at no cost, to read out loud to a dog - building confidence and expanding literacy.
Rose Barracks Library 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Tower Barracks Library 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Register by July 21, spaces are limited.
