Pumpkin Carving/Decorating Contest

Fall is in the air and it is time to start decorating! Share your carved and decorated pumpkins. The Family Advocacy Program is hosting a Virtual Pumpkin Carving/Decorating contest to raise awareness about the issues of domestic violence in our community.

How to participate:

• Carve and/or decorate the pumpkin using paint, glue, markers and decorative items. Get creative!
• Any size pumpkin will be accepted.
• Make sure to include a purple-colored element for the Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
• You must email a picture of your pumpkin(s) to: usarmy.bavaria.id-europe.mbx.acs@mail.mil

Deadline to enter is October 21. All pictures will be posted on the USAG Bavaria ACS page October 22. The winners will be announced and receive their prizes during our Award Ceremony on October 29 based on the number of Facebook likes (Rose Barracks ACS Conference Room, B322, 2 p.m.). Pumpkins can also be dropped off for display at the ACS building!

Contest Rules:

• US ID Cardholders only
• No registration required
• No age restrictions
• To participate, pumpkin photos must be submitted to usarmy.bavaria.id-europe.mbx.acs@mail.mil by October 21
