The RAW Powerlifting Championships consist of three lifts: squat, bench and deadlift in men's and women's categories and in multiple weight classes.

SCHEDULE FOR DECEMBER 4

  • Equipment check: 7:30 a.m.
  • Weigh-ins: 8-9:30 a.m. 
  • Lifter's safety brief: 9:30 a.m.
