Are you looking for a more challenging way to practice Yoga? Try yoga asanas (yoga poses) and pranayamas (breathing techniques) on a stand-up paddleboard with us!

You don’t have to be particularly sporty or agile! The special design of the SUP board allows for easy balancing between pose transitions and quick learning for everyone!

The most wonderful element about yoga on a stand-up paddleboard is the opportunity to connect with our natural environment. The calming effect of the water, along with the gentle rocking of the waves and fresh air, embodies the beauty of being one with nature, while in a meditative state.

Yoga SUP is not only great fun, but is a pleasant change from the concentrated and quiet yoga classes in a yoga studio.

The evening paddle addition is a combination of the late night paddling and our stand up yoga class. Both events will be happening during the same time.

Location: Wild B.O.A.R. Dickahauter Lake
Class includes: Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) w/ paddle, anchor, Personal Flotation Device (PFD), one hour of yoga instruction. Bring own yoga mat.     

Cost

SUP Yoga: $20 includes instruction and paddle board. $15 for participants with own SUP.
Other evening paddle boats are the regular price ($5/$10 per hour depending on boat.)
Open to U.S. ID Cardholders and guests 14+  

Registration Information

Pre-register required to the yoga class, but not evening paddle. You may pay on site for the evening paddle.
