Ugly Sweater Contest

We want to see your ugliest and most creative holiday sweaters!

Share a photo of you wearing your sweater on the Bavaria MWR Facebook page (in the comments) and winner will be voted on by the community. Likes will be counted on December 26, and winner announced December 28.  Open to U.S. Active Duty Service Members in USAG Bavaria ONLY.

Please note: This contest is family-friendly, therefore refrain from graphic, obscene and/or explicit images.

The winner selected will receive a $50 Service Credit Union gift card.

OFFICIAL RULES

1.       Must be a U.S. Active Duty Service Member in USAG Bavaria to participate.

2.       Submissions MUST be posted to USAG Bavaria MWR facebook page. Only one (1) entry per individual. 

3.       By entering this contest, contestant verifies submissions are created solely by the entrant and do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest. 

4.       A winner will be selected by the community. The winner will be announced on Facebook after notification. Contest runs December 1-15, 2020. Prize: $50 Service Credit Union gift card.

5.       For this contest, Family and MWR disclaims all liability for any delays, missed delivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission.

6.       By participating, all contestants and the winner grant Family and MWR exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

7.       By participating in the contest, participants and the winner waives any and all claims of liability against Family and MWR for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.

8.       Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign Family and MWR’s release form to claim the prize.
