Grades 6-12 can spend Halloween with the ghosts and ghouls of the Youth Center on Rose Barracks!

Grades 6-12 can register for this all night Halloween party at the Rose Barracks Youth Center. Things kick off at 3 p.m. on October 31 and go until 8 a.m. on November 1!
