500/1000 Pound Club

Test your strength with the 1,000 pound club challenge! Participants have three attempts to lift their maximum weight in the deadlift, squat and bench press. The goal is to lift a combined total of 1,000 pounds for males and 500 pounds for females. Free t-shirt when you reach the weight!

This challenge is available year-round and can be scheduled at your local USAG Bavaria Fitness Center.

Open to Active duty Soldiers and Family members 18 years of age, DOD civilian employees, U.S. contractors eligible to use U.S. facilities and members of NATO Forces assigned to Army Europe.
