Enter the Virtual Functional Fitness Challenge August 14-28 to push your boundaries of individual fitness, drive and motivation. Registration deadline is August 12.
This is an AMRAP for time event (as many reps as possible) consisting of multiple high-intensity exercises. There will be Rx (prescribed) and scaled divisions for male and female participants. Open to U.S. ID card holders on Tower Barracks and Rose Barracks. Must be 18+ (high school students not authorized to participate).
Proper athletic clothing and shoes are required. Weightlifting belt and wrist wraps are authorized, however lifting straps are not permitted.

The video must clearly show the participant conducting the exercise for better scoring. Participants who complete the challenge will earn a commemorative t-shirt!
If using Tower Barracks or Jesse L. Williams Fitness Centers to conduct the challenge, participants are required to wear masks throughout the entire exercise per current guidelines. Equipment will be available to conduct exercises outside the Fitness Centers (weather-permitting). Equipment will be placed in a designated container for participant access. Participants must notify staff before using equipment and must follow sanitation and social distancing rules throughout the workout per COVID-19 policies.
