PUMPKIN CARVING & PAINTING CONTESTS

October 9 - October 31, 2020

We want to see your spookiest and most creative carved and painted pumpkins!

Share a photo of your pumpkin on the Bavaria MWR Facebook page (in the comments) and we'll choose the top five from each category: painted and carved to be voted on by the community.

The winner of each category gets a $50 Service Credit Union gift certificate.

Contest Rules

1. Must be a U.S. ID card holder to participate. Employees of Family and MWR and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate/win.

2. Submissions MUST be posted to your MWR facebook page or emailed to the MWR team. Only one (1) entry per individual. Only one (1) prize per household for the contest.

3. By entering this contest, contestant verifies submissions are created solely by the entrant and do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest.

4. Winners will be chosen by anonymous online voting from the top five entries received in each category: carved and painted.

5. Contest runs October 9-October 31, 2020 at noon. Prize: Each winner will receive a $50 Service Credit Union gift card

6. Winner will be announced on Facebook after notification.

7. For this contest, Family and MWR disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission.

8. By participating, all contestants and winner grant Family and MWR exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

9. By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Family and MWR for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize.

10. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign Family and MWR's release form to claim the prize.
