The Medical EFMP office manages enrollment and ensures Families are placed at duty stations with the right support.

We handle enrollments, updates, disenrollments, and overseas screenings
We help Families with a wide range of special needs, including autism, asthma requiring frequent care, diabetes, developmental delays, mental health needs, and requirements for assistive equipment
We can help you with forms like DD 2792 (Medical), DD 2792-1 (Education), and DA 5888 (Overseas Family Travel)
