Bavaria Arts & Recreation Center

The Bavaria Arts & Recreation Center is open for retail and classes.
Appointments are no longer required for framing, embroidery and engraving services.

Community Support

Army Community Service (ACS)

ACS Main Office Rose Barracks
Facility is open 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday; Closed on American Holidays.
- Clients can walk in or call and make an appointment.
- All ACS services are provided from B322, Rose Barracks.
- Protective measures still must be followed, hand washing/sanitizing, wearing of a mask in the facility and physical distancing.
- Lending Closet hours are from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Friday; Closed on German and American Holidays.
- The New Parent Support Program (NPSP) contract is currently providing Home Visits to those family identified as high risk.
- All classes and trainings will be available face to face (following approved) Risk Mitigation Plan, virtual or a combination of in person/virtual (Hybrid).

ACS Satellite Office Tower Barracks (B244) is open.
- Services provided will be Information & Referral, In/Out Processing; Financial Counseling, Army Emergency Relief and Relocation Assistance.
- Lending Closet open from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Friday; Closed on German Holidays.
- Exceptional Family Member Program (In/Out Processing) is available through the EFMP System Navigator contractor.
- All classes and trainings will be available face to face (following approved) Risk Mitigation Plan, virtual or a combination of in person/virtual (Hybrid).

Military Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) -- Virtual telehealth and or face to face for individuals and Families, no group presentations unless it is virtual.

New patrons to the community should request care via www.militarychildcare.com and email Parent Central Services at usarmy.bavaria.imcom-fmwrc.list.cyss-info@mail.mil to register their children with CYS.

Customer Guidelines:

A new facility orientation is required PRIOR to receiving care to receive specific details regarding new protocols.
Face masks are required at all times when in the facility for everyone 6 years and older.
Children must wash and/or sanitize hands prior to entry.
Drop off is between 7-8 a.m. Please call 15 minutes prior to pick-up.
Parents will drop-off/pick-up children at facility entrance. No patron entry into facility.
It is highly encouraged NOT to bring additional children or adults to drop-off and pick-up.
